Current Positions
The Sous Chef is the second-in-command in the kitchen and the right hand of the Executive Chef. This role is crucial for overseeing daily kitchen operations, coordinating the culinary team, ensuring consistent food quality, and maintaining high standards in hygiene, presentation, and flavor. A Sous Chef leads by example—organized, creative, and with strong skills in kitchen and culinary management.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar leadership role.
- Expertise in gourmet cuisine, including meats, seafood, sauces, international dishes, and sushi.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
Advanced knowledge in:
- Recipe costing and inventory control
- Food safety and hygiene best practices
- Kitchen staff supervision and team leadership
El Sous Chef es el segundo al mando en la cocina y el brazo derecho del Chef Ejecutivo. Es responsable de supervisar las operaciones diarias, coordinar al equipo de cocina, asegurar la calidad de los platos y garantizar el cumplimiento de estándares de higiene, presentación y sabor. The F&B Manager oversees all aspects of a hotel or restaurant’s food and beverage operations, ensuring high-quality service, efficient workflow, and compliance with health and safety standards. They manage staff, coordinate with the culinary team to create menus, control inventory and costs, and strive to enhance the guest dining experience.
Serves food and beverages to guests in a professional, timely, and courteous manner. Waiters take orders, make menu recommendations, and ensure that guests have an exceptional dining experience. They also maintain a clean and organized dining area, respond to guest inquiries about the menu, and deliver excellent customer service to enhance the overall guest experience.
Prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests, ensuring high-quality drink service. Bartenders are responsible for maintaining a clean and organized bar, engaging with guests, and creating personalized drink recommendations. They manage inventory, ensure stock levels are adequate, and contribute to a lively and enjoyable atmosphere. Additionally, bartenders ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations and safety standards.
Responsible for preparing hot and cold dishes in accordance with kitchen standards. Cooks must have at least 2 years of experience, demonstrate teamwork, and possess knowledge of line cooking, kitchen hygiene, and biosafety protocols. They ensure food is cooked to perfection, maintain a clean work area, and contribute to a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.
Plays a key role in delivering meals promptly and accurately from kitchen to table. Food Runners must be organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. They ensure dishes are served correctly, assist servers and kitchen staff, and maintain a clean dining area. Reliable transportation is required.
The first point of contact for guests, responsible for managing check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Front Desk Agents handle reservations, answer inquiries, provide information about the hotel and its services, and ensure guest satisfaction during their stay. They also manage billing, address guest concerns, and assist with any requests to make the guest experience seamless and enjoyable.
