Current Positions
Responsible for contacting guests before their arrival and during their stay to coordinate and arrange activities at the hotel. The role involves creating and promoting attractive activity packages, ensuring smooth logistics, and providing personalized recommendations for guests’ leisure experiences. The Activities Coordinator also works closely with guests to enhance their stay through memorable events and experiences, ensuring their needs are met throughout their time at the hotel.
Focuses on attracting both in-house and external guests to participate in hotel activities and experiences. The Activities Sales Agent actively engages with guests, guiding them to book tours, recreational activities, and experiences. This role also involves coordinating airport transfers and serving as the first point of contact for guests by presenting them with a catalog of available activities, ensuring they are aware of all options and helping them plan an exciting stay.
The first point of contact for guests, responsible for managing check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Front Desk Agents handle reservations, answer inquiries, provide information about the hotel and its services, and ensure guest satisfaction during their stay. They also manage billing, address guest concerns, and assist with any requests to make the guest experience seamless and enjoyable.
Serves food and beverages to guests in a professional, timely, and courteous manner. Waiters take orders, make menu recommendations, and ensure that guests have an exceptional dining experience. They also maintain a clean and organized dining area, respond to guest inquiries about the menu, and deliver excellent customer service to enhance the overall guest experience.
Prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests, ensuring high-quality drink service. Bartenders are responsible for maintaining a clean and organized bar, engaging with guests, and creating personalized drink recommendations. They manage inventory, ensure stock levels are adequate, and contribute to a lively and enjoyable atmosphere. Additionally, bartenders ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations and safety standards.
