It has a total of 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, a cozy room to rest or play board games, a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher and with beautiful style and decoration. The villa has A/C in every bedroom, fast Wi-Fi, smart tv’s and laundry area.
Enjoy the best culinary experience, for each 7 nights stay we include one dinner for 10 people with a private chef in the house.
Casa Amaroo
Panoramic Villa: 4 Bedrooms / 4 Bathrooms
This fully renovated furnished beach villa is perfect for families and friends. It has 2 bedrooms on the lower level, a queen bed size room ensuite and a closet, and a smaller room with a single and a double bed with direct access to a shared bathroom; 2 master bedrooms on the upper level with their full bathroom, closet and common balcony. Casa Amaroo has in total 4 full bathrooms with a waterfall shower. The 2 master bedrooms and the ground floor queen bed-sized room are equipped with a ceiling fan, smart tv and AC, and an oceanfront view from the balcony. The extra room has a ceiling fan. There is one beachfront patio with a pool where you can relax with a drink while you enjoy the sunset hour. The fully furnished kitchen is prepared for use with a gas stove, microwave, and full-size refrigerator with on-door water and ice maker. The kitchen is also equipped with a blender, pots and pans, dishes and drinking glasses, coffee mugs, coffee maker, utensils, and dish towels. Everything you need if you choose to pick up some local products from the market to dine in during your stay.

This fully renovated furnished beach villa is perfect for families and friends. It has 1 king bedroom ensuite on the lower level, a queen bed size room ensuite with closet, and a room with 4 double bunk beds with a capacity from 8 to 12 people in total; There are 3 and half bathrooms with beautiful tiles and style, a patio and a loft where you can enjoy the view. The villa has A/C, fast Wifi and smart tv, while the kitchen is fully equipped with all you need! Smoking is not allowed. Open floor plan. Amazing deck with a beautiful view. Direct access to Luna Beach Resort. Poco Loco House is located 3 minutes from the beach, walking through our lobby and walking up a hill through stone stairs in the middle of a beautiful tropical forest.

This beautiful home features panoramic ocean views and direct access to Luna Beach Resort. There are 3 King ensuite bedrooms and one bedroom with a Murphy Bed. The home has a spacious layout, fully equipped kitchen and great outdoor living spaces to make the most of your tropical vacation.
Miller Beach House
Luxury Home: 6 Bedrooms / 6 Bathrooms
The Miller Beach House is a newly built custom concrete luxury villa (2023). The house sleeps up to 16 guests with 6 bedrooms, 6 baths and 10 beds. This Luxury Villa comes with its own private swimming pool, hot tub, palapa bar and multiple decks throughout. The finishes are all US imported custom finishes with quartz, granite, tile and natural wood with storm windows. This Luxury Villa has super cold A/C, fast Wifi and smart tv in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the amenities that you may need! As an added bonus, this Luxury Villas also comes a house assistant who arrives every morning to help with the cooking and cleaning duties. The Miller Beach House is located 3 minutes from the beach walking down the paved road to Luna Beach resort. The house has complete access to all of the Luna Beach amenities including restaurant, café, fine dining (coming 2024), swimming pool, pool loungers, beach loungers & umbrellas, gym, dive shop, kayaks, etc. Smoking is not allowed

Casa Coco is a fully renovated, furnished beach villa that is perfect for families and friends. The villa has just completed a full remodel and now has such amenities as wifi throughout, a/c throughout, filtered drinking water, full service kitchen, all new, custom made furniture, all new fixtures. Casa Coco 2 bedrooms on the lower level with a queen size bed in one bedroom and two twin beds in the other. Both bedrooms have ample closet space and large windows. Also located on the main floor is a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen with a custom made dining bar. The kitchen is also equipped with a blender, pots and pans, dishes and drinking glasses, coffee mugs, coffee maker, utensils, and dish towels. Everything you need if you choose to pick up some local products from the market to dine in during your stay. Also located on the main floor is the living area with hand crafted sofa & chairs, LED television making it the perfect place to relax after a long day on the beach. Right off of the main living areas is the main deck where you can enjoy the company of your family and friends in a quiet screened in deck that looks out at the area below the villa. The master bedroom is a loft style bedroom with a king size bed and plenty of space to spread out and relax in your own private oasis. Also upstairs in the master loft area is a full bath upstairs and a private deck that has sweeping views of the Caribbean sea below.
