Every Thursday we bring a taste of Spain to the island. Choose from our lobster, seafood or meat lover paellas, slow-cooked with saffron and smoky pimentón, and pair them with bottomless sangria in Classic Spanish, Tropical Ginger-Pineapple or Rosé Strawberry.
Our sushi night has become a smashing island hit. Using only the freshest ingredients, our kitchen creates scrumptious rolls such as the Roatan roll, shrimp tempura roll, maki roll. Or you can choose the tuna or salmon sashimi or nigiri.

Our Sunday BBQ includes the best cuts of slowly smoked St. Louis style ribs, picanha or tri-tip burnt ends, brisket, smoked chicken and sometimes we will have smoked duck breast or smoked snapper fillet. The BBQ comes with the traditional fixings and our own delicious homemade BBQ sauce
