Born out of the desire to provide our guests with an extravagant yet tasteful culinary experience, Chef Edwin Garcia and The Chef’s Table team have created an exclusive and unforgettable Roatan fine dining experience at Luna Beach. 

Chef Edwin has developed a menu that you can find only in restaurants outside of Honduras – let alone the Bay Islands, making The Chef’s Table a one-of-a-kind Roatan fine dining experience. The specialties of the Chef’s Table are the USDA Prime and American Wagyu steaks – flown in directly from the US and cooked to your liking, finished with only salt, pepper and Chef Edwin’s secret compound butter.
