Our talented Mixologists craft our Uber Creative Drink Menu. It includes elevated concoctions of the Pina Colada, the Monkey Lala, and Craft cocktails using the freshest seasonal ingredients.

Chef Luis Pichola
Meet Our Executive Chef
He was top 3 in the “CHEF’S CHALLENGE” the Guatemalan TV Show, when only 19 years old. Since then and now at 29 years Chef Pichola has perfected his trade. He was classically trained at the prestigious ACAM – Escuela Culinaria de Alta Cocina de Guatemala. From there he went on to be a cook at Hotel Barcelo, one of the most recognized hotels in Guatemala City. After Barcelo, Pichola went on an internship where he worked at the most prestigious kitchens in all of Central America.
We were thrilled to bring him on to head our kitchen in early 2023 and he has not disappointed. His natural talent is to create incredible dishes with little effort and his keen sense of how to produce tried and true dishes that are consistently flavored and cooked as designed. His range is also impressive. Learning BBQ since coming to Luna Beach, Chef Pichola now has a new specialty to go along with hand made pasta and pasta sauces, sushi, grilled steaks and fresh fish dishes like ceviche and tuna tartar.
Passionate About Cuisine
Chef Pichola started cooking with his family making and selling Tamales when he was 12 years old.
He started formal training at 16. Cooking is in his blood and is his passion.

Creative meat specials such as beef bourguignon, sous vide duck breast, shrimp curry, grilled lamb chops over smashed potatoes, chicken remoulade to name a few.
Try one of our many homemade pasta specials such as shrimp tortellini, ricotta ravioli, pappardelle amatriciana or penne alle vongole.
Our sushi night has become a smashing island hit. Using only the freshest ingredients, Chef Edwin creates scrumptious rolls such as the Roatan roll, shrimp tempura roll, maki roll. Or you can choose the tuna or salmon sashimi or nigiri.
Our Sunday BBQ includes the best cuts of slowly smoked St. Louis style ribs, picanha or tri-tip burnt ends, brisket, smoked chicken and sometimes we will have smoked duck breast or smoked snapper fillet. The BBQ comes with the traditional fixings and Chef Edwin’s own delicious homemade BBQ sauce
